A Taste of What You'll Do
Join our team as a Project Engineer and help bring new assets, products, and process improvements to life in a collaborative, safety-first environment. You'll lead small- to mid-sized projects and sub-systems-building schedules and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, working with vendors and regulators, and translating plans into safe, practical startup and installation activities that meet quality and GMP standards. Your day-to-day will include drafting scopes, managing costs and schedules, troubleshooting during startups, preparing clear project communications and presentations, and mentoring interns or colleagues as you drive continuous improvement.
We value intrapreneurship and ownership: take initiative, learn from experiments, balance bold thinking with sound risk management, and hold yourself and others accountable while fostering candid, constructive dialogue. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure specifications are met, contribute to standards and policy updates, and influence site goals through thoughtful project decisions. Strong communication, the ability to read plans and contracts, and a focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance are essential.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are respected and supported. If you're motivated to lead projects that improve throughput, quality, safety, and cost performance while growing as an engineer and mentor, we'd love to hear from you.
