The Outside Sales Manager position is a full-time position that focuses on all aspects of distribution and wholesale sales, marketing, brand building and associated administrative duties for a 10K cases estate Napa winery. This position will work closely with the President of the company and Director of sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing distributors and wholesale accounts to meet winery sales goals.
a. Running reports in Vinosmith to track monthly performance.
b. Depletion reports for performance review.
c. Monitor programs, to meet sales goals.
d. Potential travel to states to perform work-withs, GSM, events, dinners, etc...
2. Responsible for the sales administration and oversight of accounts payable and receivable for:
a. Distributors out of State.
b. Export accounts.
c. Wholesale accounts.
3. Perform monthly inventory depletion reports.
4. Maintain administrative compliance oversight.

5. Develop and maintain marketing materials portfolio and provide tactical support for public relations efforts.
6. Schedule and conduct private appointment tastings for trade at the winery and at local and regional marketing events as appropriate.
Qualifications:
• Vinosmith software experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Web based software, customer database programs.
• Strong attention to administrative detail.
• Ability to prioritize and get things done in a rapidly changing environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
• Exemplary interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mind.
Education/Experience Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience with premium wine or distribution company.
• B.A. /B.S. degree preferred but not required.
