We are a small, dynamic winemaking team seeking a meticulous, reliable individual with strong attention to detail, a passion for wine, a desire to learn, and a positive attitude. This is a hands on role where you will actively participate in all harvest cellar activities, including sanitation, fruit sorting, crush equipment operation, fermentation monitoring, pump overs, and punch downs and barrel downs.
This position offers the chance to work closely with the winemaking and production team and experience the full process from vineyard to fermentation. Harvest is where the connection between vineyard and wine becomes tangible, and motivated individuals will gain a deep understanding of how we express each site’s unique character. We strive to create an energized, curious environment where ideas are openly shared.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform all winery tasks
- Willingness to work 7 days a week during harvest, with limited days off and significant overtime
