Estate Ambassador

Pope Valley Winery, a small family-owned and operated estate tucked into the hills of Napa County, is seeking a full-time Estate Ambassador. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality to every guest interaction. The ideal candidate is outgoing, service-driven, a strong team player, and brings a positive attitude along with a working knowledge of the wine industry. Duties & Responsibilities
•  Set elevated standards for service, guest engagement, and wine education
•  Strengthen relationships with existing clients while cultivating new ones
•  Develop expertise in luxury wine and high-touch hospitality
•  Understand the luxury wine landscape and create meaningful, personalized experiences that resonate across generations
•  Work both independently and collaboratively with motivation, professionalism, and a goal-oriented mindset
•  Build productive, respectful relationships with team members, vendors, and key partners
•  Manage tasks with urgency, precision, and strong attention to detail
•  Exercise sound judgment, creative problem-solving, and effective conflict-resolution skills when overseeing guest experiences
•  Demonstrate a personable, polished, and professional presence with excellent verbal and written communication

Qualifications
•  Knowledge of wine and basic wine production
•  Strong commitment to excellence and elevated service standards
•  Computer proficiency, including POS systems (Orderport) and Microsoft Office
•  Professional appearance and demeanor
•  Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a consistently positive attitude

Physical & Mental Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to bend, squat, climb, push, stoop, and crouch repeatedly
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
