As our HR Intern for Organizational Development, you'll gain cross-functional exposure, hands-on project experience, and opportunities to build skills that set you apart.
In this 8-10 week internship, you'll support the OD team on key projects and deliverables, identify automation and process improvements, research and analyze HR topics, and present findings to leadership and cross-functional partners. You'll draft clear communications, job aids, user guides, and training materials, while applying program management skills to track initiatives. We're looking for self-motivated candidates with strong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills who can manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Need
• Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Development or IO Psychology.
• Required to work independently and manage time to meet goals.
• Strong writing, presentation and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams.
• Experience managing multiple assignments.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
• Junior or Senior class standing at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or Human Resources management.
• Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Word, Outlook and MS Teams, Qualtrics or other survey platforms.
• Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.
