We are seeking a Central or East coast time zone-based professional to support our sales organization. You are efficient and forward-thinking and are a whiz with systems, data, reports, presentations, and understand what it takes to support sales teams managing distributor networks and selling wine and spirits across the US.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and other various distributor reporting tools such as Diver, Encompass, VIP, etc.
• Skilled at analyzing sales data and turning insights into easily accessible formats for sales personnel
• Working knowledge of how to conduct inventory analysis, forecasting and other sales support proficiencies

Key Responsibilities
• Regular sales reporting and bespoke reporting related to ad-hoc needs
• Somm.ai reporting
• Specific SVP/Dir/MM distributor support
• Specific distributor order processing support (i.e. SGWS)
• Distributor sales presentations
• Distributor review meeting prep
• Goal and forecast reporting
• Program updates & tracking
• Internal meeting presentation prep assistance
• Chain admin support/pricing
• Sales information management – SharePoint, price lists, item cards, graphics
• POS – inventory maintenance and shipping
• Sample coordination – for sales team, events, etc.
• Ad-hoc requests such as:
o Remaining allocations & reporting
o Wine needs – allocation transfers
o Inventory updates
o Forecast reporting
• Communication on reporting issues
• Audit and help correct reporting errors

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary: $70,000 – $80,000 commensurate with experience + performance-based bonus
