Job Description:

Top Burgundy estate with direct sales in the U.S. seeks a national sales representative to help grow Direct to Consumer sales and assist in managing Trade Sales. Ideally based in California. This position requires strong presentation and communication skills, the ability to travel frequently, and the ability to converse with top collectors about the wines of Burgundy.

Job Duties (including but not limited to):
- Hosting and organizing private events with trade and private clients
- Assist in developing current client list
- Build and execute strategies for current client retention
- Grow sales within existing clients and through new client additions
- Assist with administrative and logistics, including shipping of orders and required paperwork
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the year both within California and across the U.S.
- Coordinate sales with trade partners across United States
- Assist General Manager in content creation and sales & marketing materials

Qualifications:
- At least five years working in a direct to consumer sales or trade element of the wine industry.
- Strong knowledge of French wine preferred, especially Burgundy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in person, in writing, and by phone.
- Passion for wine in general along with the desire to learn more.
- Ability to work independently from home (this is a home-based opportunity) as well as during work travel.
