Fayard Winemaking in Napa Valley is looking for an enthusiastic cellar hand to join us on this upcoming harvest. This is a team-oriented workplace, the ideal candidates will possess great people skills, hard work ethics and attention to detail.

We strive to make the best wine a vintage will allow, Cabernet Sauvignon is our flagship varietal although we do produce small batches of other varietals.


The position will start in August and last until Late November or early December.
The work will involve assisting our winemaking team in all aspects of harvest production activity. The candidate will be exposed to all facets of wine work related to very high-end small batch winemaking. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to vineyard monitoring, sampling and wet chemistry, quality control for fruit processing and press operations, fermentation monitoring, must additions, pump-overs, barrel work, cleaning and sanitation.


This is a great opportunity to work with several different grape varieties from all over Napa Valley and observe many different winemaking styles and techniques.
