Seasonal Tasting Room Associate – Artist Block Wine
Join the movement | Position Summary
Artist Block isn’t your typical winery. We’re a dream factory. We’re the new kids busting up the block. A creative house where hospitality meets artistry, and we’re on a mission to be the best at what we do. We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Tasting Room Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a modern, innovative wine brand. You’ll learn (and be an integral part of) the full rhythm of a small winery’s tasting room, from hospitality to sales to inventory and events.
Why Artist Block?
We don’t do cookie-cutter hospitality and we couldn’t be further from the traditional, quiet WV tasting room. We create memorable moments, build lifelong relationships with our guests, and constantly push ourselves to raise the bar- in every arena. If you’re passionate about wine, energized by people, and excited to grow with a brand on the rise, you’ll love it here.
How We Run Things
We care deeply about the people who work here, and we hire with extreme intention knowing that we’re a tight knit family. We want to know what you’re passionate about and what you see for your future self (even if you don’t have it all figured out yet) because we want to help you get there. At Artist Block, you will become the best version of yourself as a tasting room associate and we will support your continued growth along the way, whatever that growth may look like. We make mistakes, we talk about them. We learn quickly and move forward. Feedback here is direct and respectful. We trust each other to show up, do the work, and take pride in what we are building.
