We are a production facility focused on the art of top-quality craft beverages, spanning bin-to-bottle wine production, spirits, cider, RTDs, Sake, and other emerging categories in the ever-evolving craft beverage landscape. We are a small, hard-working team dedicated to premium beverage production. Every team member contributes and is respected for their role, from senior management to our newest team member. We are currently seeking a skilled individual with experience in craft beverages. While our primary focus is wine, candidates from other craft beverage categories are encouraged to apply.

Our cellar team works with some of the top craft beverage producers in our region. We work to support our clients and their production needs. We are a judgment-free beverage zone, working on both 90+ point-scoring beverages and crowd-pleasing flavored beverages. No beverage exclusivity applies; all beverage types that meet TTB requirements are produced. We are a large-scale, fast-paced environment that offers our team the opportunity to learn about the complex world of craft beverages and to work with state-of-the-art and traditional beverage techniques.


Compensation and Benefits

- $75,000-$80,000/year commensurate with experience.
- Health Insurance: %covered by PWG
- 401 (k) after 1 year
- 15 days PTO per year for first year, 20 days PTO per year after
- Paid Sick Time

Job Requirements

- Full-time, year-round M-F
- Day shift mid-November to Sept; Harvest Night shift Sept to mid-November
- Extended, irregular harvest hours expected from Sept to mid-Nov.
- Vacation Blackout September to mid-November
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- Must be able to stand on your feet for long stretches of time
- Must have a valid NYS driver’s license
- 3-5 years of craft beverage experience
- Filtration experience a plus
- Understanding of carbonation principles is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Applicants should have attention to detail, a desire for cleanliness and organization, be team-oriented, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Cellar Work
- Alert Senior Winemakers of any equipment or beverage-related issues
- Hygienic maintenance of the cellar and drains
- Clean and sanitize tanks, pumps, hoses, and equipment as necessary
- Carry out beverage receival, racking, and transfers
- Conduct additions such as nutrients, bentonite, cream of tartar, bentonite, stabilizers, etc.


Harvest - Fruit and juice handling
- Supervise grape processing through harvest equipment
- Operation of harvest equipment - crusher/destemmer; grape presses, and pumps
- Completion of all paperwork related to daily production activities


Bottling and Packaging
- Prep and filter products for bottling
