Experienced Wine Sales Representatives (Outside / Territory-Based)

Atrium Wine Brokers is expanding and seeking experienced outside wine sales professionals with established market relationships who can step into a territory and generate sales quickly.
This role is not entry-level and not a career-change opportunity. We are looking for professionals who already know the market, the accounts, and how to sell wine in a competitive, distributor-driven environment.

Our focus is on long-term brand building, disciplined pricing, and strong on-premise and independent retail placements. The Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you will manage an assigned territory and be responsible for:
• Actively selling and growing placements within on-premise and retail accounts
• Managing and expanding existing account relationships
• Opening new, quality accounts aligned with our portfolio
• Representing the portfolio professionally through tastings, staff trainings, and market visits
• Working independently while coordinating with our operations and supplier partners
• Must reside within the territory, hold a valid driver’s license, have a clean driving record, and have your own insured vehicle.
This is a field-based, outside sales role for professionals who are already comfortable carrying a bag, managing a route, and closing business.
Who We’re Looking For (Required)
Please apply only if you meet the following criteria:
• Proven outside wine sales experience managing a territory
• Existing relationships with buyers in your market
• Currently carrying another wine portfolio or recent experience as an independent or distributor-side sales representative
• Personable and not afraid to cold call or walk into a new account
• Strong understanding of wholesale pricing, margins, and account economics
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Wine education (CSW, WSET II or higher strongly preferred)
• Able to lift 40-pound cases of wine
This role is well-suited for experienced reps looking to add a complementary portfolio or transition from a distributor role into a more focused, boutique brokerage environment.
