A Taste of What You'll Do
We're seeking a collaborative Senior Quality Engineer who is passionate about food safety, continuous improvement, and protecting beloved brands. In this role you'll design and implement quality and food safety systems that meet Corporate Quality and GFSI standards, lead root cause investigations and corrective actions, and drive supplier quality performance to ensure contracts and winery expectations are met. You'll apply statistical techniques to target sampling and interpret consumer complaint trends, lead GMP audits and hold processes, and develop validation, verification, and training tools that empower colleagues to maintain consistent, safe, high-quality product.
