Tres Sabores is ready to hire a part-time Associate to support our customer service, sales, hospitality, wine club, and marketing initiatives. The role is perfect for a young student or professional who wants to expand their skill set and get “real time” in the wine business or, likewise, an experienced member of the industry looking for a fresh perspective and challenge. Qualified candidates will be organized, tech-savvy, and creative multi-taskers with excellent communication skills, high customer service standards, and the energy to be a member of our small, but mighty team. (Must love dogs and wine!).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•  Reception—screen and respond to winery emails, texts, and phone calls
•  Reservations—personally engage with customers to schedule tasting experiences (also interfacing with hotel and driver partners as well as helping to manage outside reservation platform relationships)
•  Orders—enter DTC wine orders, assist with database management, and shipping coordination,
•  Hospitality—help to participate in special winery events and occasional hospitality support such as preparing club pickups and tasting room materials
•  Misc. office—assist with Dropbox asset management, donation requests, collateral organization, and supply ordering

Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a “no task too large, or too small” can do” attitude. They will be an active learner, (especially when it comes to wine), and an assertive communicator, whether on the phone or in person, and will be ready to advance their computing and AI skills to master our winery computer systems. Must possess sensory capacities relevant to wine assessment and enjoyment. Physical requirements to traverse uneven surfaces on the rural ranch property and lift/ transfer a 40-50 lb case of wine. The position is on site at the winery, located in Rutherford, just south of St. Helena

Employment Parameters:
Part-time, on-site, of 2-3 days per week to start, but can increase as we get into March. Friday and Saturday availability preferred with flexibility on other day available. Hourly compensation of $21-$25, based on experience.
