We are a wine import and distribution company representing an exceptional portfolio of predominantly Old World producers—family-owned estates, benchmark appellations, and wines with a strong sense of place. Our mission is to connect these wines with retailers and consumers through thoughtful storytelling, smart marketing execution, and long-term partnerships.

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to support the execution of our marketing programs across email, web, social, and retail-facing channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited about wine.

The Role
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in bringing our marketing plans to life. You will support the day-to-day execution of retail email offers, website updates, social content, and other marketing initiatives that support sales, brand awareness, and portfolio visibility. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure campaigns are accurate, timely, and aligned with our brand standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for wine—or a desire to build a career in the wine industry—while developing a strong foundation in marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Email & Campaign Execution

Execute retail and trade email campaigns across multiple channels and lists

Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, and assets to ensure on-time delivery

QA emails for accuracy, compliance, formatting, and brand consistency

Support campaign reporting and performance tracking

Website & Digital Content

Update website content including product pages, offers, and producer profiles

Coordinate with designers or developers as needed for updates or improvements

Ensure accuracy of wine details (vintage, appellation, pricing, availability, etc.)

Social & Content Support

Support scheduling and publishing of social content across platforms

Assist with copy updates, image coordination, and basic content organization

Help maintain a content calendar across channels

Marketing Operations & Coordination

Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks

Coordinate assets and information between marketing and sales teams

Help maintain organized marketing files, templates, and documentation

Assist with events, tastings, or promotional initiatives as needed

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or operations

Background or certificate in the wine industry

Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CMS tools, and social media platforms (or willingness to learn)

Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written communication skills

The postion is hybrid if local; otherwise fully remote with occassional travel.
