We have reimagined the wine and spirits shopping experience by differentiating the organization of the store and creating digital engagements that are entertaining, informative, and interactive.

Director of Sales
Will report to CEO and work in tandem with the Beverage Director

This position has a base salary of $80,000 with a commission up to a total of $175,000 and bonus structure based on achieving mutually agreed upon KPI.

-Work with the CEO to meet critical KPIs, implement strategic buying opportunities, expand the Community Wine and Spirits brand
-Primary responsibilities will be sales for private clients, tasting events in the studio space, identify and close deals for corporate clients off site, grow sales of our exclusive glassware made by Italesse
-All Team members are expected to share opening and closing duties as well as general store customer service
- The target goal for this hire is to add $1mm in incremental sales.


You should have:
Strategic partnerships and a private client list
Knowledge of excel, word, google suite, social media platforms
Experience with POS systems, which should include product listings, inventory management, and credit card processing.
Enthusiasm for both spirits and wine
Ability to write consumer focused content for email and web
Ability to create, organize, and host interesting tasting events
Ability to meet KPI’s on quarterly and monthly basis
A belief that Retail is part of the Hospitality Industry
Enthusiasm to problem solve to meet store priorities
