Calivines – Coldani Family Winery is an exciting addition to our family business, built from the success of our Calivirgin and Lodi Olive Oil companies. For over 15+ years, Calivirgin has been one of the most awarded olive oil companies in the nation, and now we’re proud to be producing wine alongside our oils. Calivines Winery and Olive Mill houses both Calivirgin olive oils and Calivines wines under the same roof in our tasting room in Lodi, California.

This position is 5 days per week, including weekend availability and event shifts.

Position Summary:

The Club Member Lead is responsible for maintaining and growing the club and will be charged with driving this segment of our business to the next level. You will be joining a team of dedicated individuals who are excited about the products we produce and the possibilities that lie ahead. This is an opportunity for you to bring forth creative ideas and make an impact on a rapidly expanding business.











Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate with managers across departments.
Promote Olive Oil & Wine Clubs to guests, ensuring clear communication of benefits, options, and policies.
Train tasting room staff to confidently present club information, answer questions, and encourage sign-ups.
Gather feedback and participate in management discussions to evolve operations and improve guest/employee experiences.
Oversee all aspects of club shipments: scheduling, coordinating with fulfillment, ordering, pack-out oversight, and ensuring order accuracy in WineDirect.
Plan and execute annual club shipments, release parties, member events, and key dates with management and event planning teams.
Partner with marketing to develop materials (emails, newsletters, signage, social media, text communications) that promote shipments, events, and club benefits.


Provide excellent member service: address inquiries, complaints, special requests, phone calls, and Red Chirp messages promptly.
Accurately enter and maintain member data in WineDirect / BigCommerce, ensuring billing, orders, and account information are correct.
Track and manage special requests and coordinate tasting room staff responsibilities for club pick-ups.
Review WineDirect reports regularly to monitor membership growth, retention, and sales performance. Provide reporting to management.
Develop a strong working knowledge of company operations and policies to support staff training and leadership.
Ensure compliance with company, safety, and security procedures; report incidents and complete safety training as required.
Attend required meetings and actively contribute to improving club and tasting room operations.
Manage opening and closing duties as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support company growth and success.





Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year winery tasting room experience.
Excellent hospitality, sales, and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency using computers including Mac or MS Office MS Word and Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and POS System. Experience with WineDirect is required.
Professional, creative, friendly, fun and outgoing
Good written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly customer service oriented.
Wine Direct experience recommended.
Previous wine club experience recommended
Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all levels of employees in a team-oriented environment.
Must be available and willing to work evenings and weekends, able to lift and move 50 lbs. and stand on one's feet for extended periods of time.
College degree preferred
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Must pass Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire date per California State Law ($7.75)
ABC Certification required within 60 days of employment per California State Law. ($12.95)
Schedule:
8 hour shifts
Weekend availability required
Hourly, $20-$24/ hour
