As a Team Leader, you'll work closely with operations, manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain partners to implement initiatives, improve performance, and ensure seamless daily operations. You'll build work plans, provide real-time updates, set measurable goals, and mentor team members of varying experience levels. You'll play an integral role in workforce planning, performance management, and hiring decisions, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and accountability.
Safety, compliance, and quality will be at the heart of your leadership. You'll coach your team on environmental, health, and safety guidelines, GMP standards, and proactive hazard recognition. Your ability to identify and address safety concerns before they happen will help maintain a strong safety culture. You'll also lead investigations, drive root cause analysis, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
Your technical expertise will guide decision-making and provide solutions that enhance efficiency and quality. You'll leverage LEAN practices, identify process gaps, and maintain high standards through job safety analysis and standard work documentation. You'll also contribute to budget creation, monitor variances, and implement corrective action plans when needed.

What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Successful completion of the Gallo Operations/Technical Management Program.
• 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
• Required to work shifts as scheduled.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience
reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management plus 5 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR MBA or Master's Degree in Engineering plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills
