Role and Responsibilities
Performance
• Oversee all guest-facing floor operations including service, sales, guest flow, merchandising, and Guesthouse check-ins
• Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding targets through sales initiatives, wine club acquisition, and guest engagement
• Ensure accuracy across operating systems including Commerce7, Tock, WebRezPro, and merchandise procurement
• Maintain reporting related to tasting room visitation, Guesthouse occupancy, merchandise sales, and contribution to overhead
• Partner with Clubhouse leadership to forecast labor and support staffing models
• Serve as Manager on Duty and lead opening and closing procedures
People
• Support onboarding, training, and development of hospitality staff
• Manage daily staff deployment and service pacing
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and real-time service recovery
• Oversee digital guest communications and Guest House housekeeping coordination
Programs & Projects
• Support Wine Club engagement and Guest House operations
• Assist with merchandise program execution and inventory systems
• Support private event execution and cross-functional initiatives
• Uphold wine sampling procedures and inventory accuracy
Purpose
• Uphold Domaine Serene brand standards and service expectations
• Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous improvement
• Represent Domaine Serene with professionalism at winery events

In compliance with Oregon pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this position is $65,000 – $70,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
