Domain HWH, a family winegrowing endeavor built to last for generations, is part of Pacific Union Co. The Domain has evolved through the decades and comprises three Napa Valley properties that form its pillars: Harlan Estate, founded in 1984; BOND, founded in 1996; and Promontory, founded in 2008. The Mascot— a wine made from the younger vines of the three estates—was established in 2012. Each of these undertakings is dedicated to the understanding of our land, and to faithfully translating the respective characters of the individual properties into their wines.

About the role
As a Logistics Analyst for our DTC Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of our supply chain and the satisfaction of our valued patrons. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of our wineries’ direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations, including order processing, materials design & procurement with production partners, and vendor management, as well as cross-functional collaboration with our Patron Relations & Hospitality teams, budget tracking with our Finance team, and compliance.

In this role, you can expect
1. Order Processing: Efficiently manage the end-to-end order processing for DTC patrons of Harlan Estate, BOND, Promontory and The Mascot, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment while meeting patron expectations. This includes data optimization, analysis, and related implementation of process improvements when applicable.
2. Vendor and Materials Production Management: Collaborate with material production partners, designers, and vendors to ensure the timely production and procurement of raw materials required for labeling operations, packaging, and fulfillment, while maintaining strong working relationships.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, patron relations, and finance to fine tune processes, and optimize fulfillment schedules.
4. Budgetary Tracking: Monitor adherence to Logistics procurement budgets and timelines, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible, and ensuring compliance with company and vendor financial guidelines.
5. Compliance: Ensure that all DTC logistics operations adhere to relevant regulations, industry requirements and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the logistics department, implementing best practices to drive operational excellence. Support and champion key initiatives involving teams outside of Logistics, driving them from concept through execution.

You may be a good fit for our team if you have
•  Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Wine Business Administration, or a related field, or 4-6 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
•  Strong understanding of wine business DTC operations, including order processing, vendor management & procurement, inventory management, and order shipping + fulfillment.
•  Proficiency in using logistics and supply chain management software and tools such as FedEx Ship Manager, ShipCompliant, AfterShip, Microsoft Suite, etc.
•  Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
•  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
•  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•  Budget management experience is a plus.
•  Physical requirements:
•  Lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
•  Work requires sitting/standing and occasional exposure to cool temperatures.
•  Grasp, stoop, squat, climb stairs, push, or pull, carry, and reach over shoulder.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The pay scale for this position is $36-$41 hourly. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data.
