We are Dusky Goose, a small but mighty team crafting world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the heart of the Dundee Hills since 2002. We focus on expressive, limited-production wines that are built to age and showcase the unique character of our vineyards. Our estate tasting room, located within Rambouillet Vineyard, offers one of the most intimate and educational tasting experiences in the Willamette Valley. That level of hospitality depends on a strong, detail-driven support team that keeps things polished, prepared, and professional.
You are:
A hardworking, dependable team player with a positive attitude

Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Willing to jump in wherever help is needed
Available for weekends, some holidays, and seasonal schedule increases

In this role, you will:
Provide overall support to tasting room associates during service
Refill waters, clear used glassware, and assist with table maintenance during tastings
Prepare and pre-set tasting areas before guests are seated
Clean and reset tables promptly after guests depart
Wash and polish all glassware and dishware
Assist with light food preparation and plating
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the tasting room, kitchen, and support areas
Help ensure a smooth, efficient flow of service for both guests and staff

What you bring:
Previous experience in hospitality, support staff, barbacking, or service roles preferred but not required
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Valid OLCC Server Permit and Food Handler’s Card (required)
Must be 21+ with reliable transportation
Schedule:
Part-time during winter (2-3 shifts per week), with the opportunity to move to full-time hours (4-5 shifts per week) in the spring and summer. Weekend availability is required.
