Zenith Vineyard is seeking an experienced, polished Lead Events Manager to oversee and grow our thriving wedding and corporate events business. Zenith currently hosts 70–80 events annually and is strategically expanding to 100–120 events per year. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a client-facing leadership position and excels at both sales and execution.
As the Lead Events Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for event clients—from first inquiry through flawless execution—while representing Zenith Vineyard with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for the Oregon wine and hospitality community
Prior experience as an event planner, wedding planner, or hospitality manager
Proven sales ability, including conducting tours and confidently closing bookings
Excellent organizational and computer skills, including CRM systems, social media, and wedding platforms such as The Knot, WeddingWire, and Zola
A calm, solutions-oriented leader who can guide clients and vendors through high-pressure event days
Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and long event days (10–12 hours is common)
Ability to perform moderate physical work, including lifting up to 40 lbs (case of wine) and navigating stairs carrying glassware or tables
Strong communication skills and comfort working with a largely remote team
