The salary range for this position is $80,168.40K-$85K annually. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of 15%. We also offer mileage reimbursement of $700 per month, a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, employee purchase program, and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
The Upper Left Campaign is a dynamic, strategic company initiative to drive affinity, sales success, and growth for partner wineries in Oregon and Washington. This position will be instrumental in bringing this successful program to the next level of execution through strong engagement with key accounts to significantly build distribution, sell through, and affinity for a focused portfolio of about a dozen priority wineries. In addition to directly building distribution within key accounts, the role will champion the region and wineries with the overall Washington state sales team driving overall sales lift for the focus wineries.
This role will be based in the Seattle metro or Bellevue area. This role is multi-faceted with account presentations of the focused portfolio (approximately 3 days a week), regular account support through training, events, and engagement (approximately 1 day a week), and brand building and education across the broader region (approximately 1 day a week) at the fore. Additional tactics and tasks to support the focus wineries' business in the region will be added as needed.
TOP PRIORITIES:
• Boost Upper Left key winery sales and brand growth through account development and new distribution.
• Achieve key goals: i.e. expand distribution, increase sell-through, execute impactful events and conduct staff training.
• Serve as the go-to Upper expert in the region, educating the sales team on products and category knowledge and driving state-wide results.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Partner with Key Account Director/VP and Upper Left Director to boost Upper Left sales, develop strategic plans, and achieve sales targets in focused territory.
• Guide the growth of supplier's brand priorities and awareness in market to achieve annual and quarterly KPIs
• Work with supplier partners and Upper Left Director to drive key initiatives in the market and within the sales organization
• Drive sales and execute key Upper Left initiatives across accounts, both on and off-premises.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and team to prepare market work opportunities and Upper Left category development
• Work with Upper Left regional Portfolio Managers and Upper Left Director on supplier communications and marketing strategies.
• Keep ahead of market and industry trends, identifying target account types and new opportunities.
• Serve as an Upper Left portfolio authority, distributing sales and educational tools and leading large-group presentations and training sessions with Winebow team and key accounts.
• Support accounts with Upper Left Life events, staff trainings, tastings, and maintain active engagement on social media platforms in line with corporate policy.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to Manager.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager needed to enhance Winebow Upper Left portfolio.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Field sales, significant travel by automobile/public transportation; travel by airplane/train and overnight stays may be required. Events during participation outside of corporate business hours. Lifting up to 45 lbs., bending, sitting, carrying, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity, driving.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree.
• A valid unexpired Driver's License is
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience; wine industry experience strongly
• Account relationships in the geographic territory.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, and effective written and oral communication
• Articulate with a strong public speaking
• Strong attention to detail, proven ability to prioritize and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in the organization, proven experience partnering with executive distributor management
