We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven **Sales Operations Manager** to support and accelerate our sales performance across multiple channels.
Position Overview
The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue by managing the sales processes and ensuring accountability to targets. This role works cross-functionally with Logistics and Procurement to ensure seamless execution from deal negotiation through fulfillment. All activity is tracked and managed within our CRM.
Must be able to manage 100+ deals at one time successfully! Organization and administrative precision are a must.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and execute sales operations to ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met
* Schedule, launch, and track email sales campaigns
* Track wine sample requests and ensure timely follow-up and conversion
* Support and participate in deal negotiation with buyers and wineries
* Coordinate closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment
* Work directly with the Procurement Manager to align inventory availability with sales demand
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activity within the CRM
* Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for leadership
* Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and close rates
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or account management (wine, spirits, or beverage alcohol strongly preferred)
* Strong understanding of wholesale sales cycles and distributor relationships
* High proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail ( Must be able to manage 100+ transactions across multiple Pipelines successfully)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
