We are looking to hire a passionate and driven Vice President of Finance that directs the company's overall financial and accounting planning and practices, providing analysis and recommendations on all financial operations. Works closely with the CEO, Executive Team locally, and internationally.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•  Directs and oversees the company's financial administration and planning including but not limited to financial policy development and implementation, management of accounting systems, budget planning and implementation, risk management and insurance, purchasing, taxation, short- and long-term forecasting, and strategic planning.
•  Oversees and manages relationships with lending institutions, shareholders, and the financial community.
•  Contributes to company's short- and long-range planning, identifying areas of possible growth, expansion, and new profit opportunities.
•  Manages the functional areas of financial reporting and control, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, investor relations, and audit management information.
•  Manages and oversees preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and capital budgets.
•  Oversees insurance function to assure company's assets are safeguarded from all possible exposure.
•  Establishes appropriate internal systems to support financial and business operations consistent with the company's growth and reporting requirements.
•  Reviews and monitors the organization's financial position; creates and distributes necessary reports on the organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth.
•  Directs and coordinates the establishment and maintenance of budget programs.
•  Manages and coordinates annual audit preparation and Audited Statement issuance.
•  Manages and oversees foreign currency strategies, procedures, and processes.
•  Manages Tax Return preparation with Tax Service Firm.
•  Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
•  Directly supervises three employees within the Accounting Finance and IT department(s).
•  Indirectly supervises two employees within the Accounting Finance department(s).
•  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
•  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
•  Manages and develops FP&A Manager and I.T. Manager
•  Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
•  Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.

QUALIFICATIONS
•  Must have finance experience in an operation/manufacturing environment
•  Must have a bachelor's degree, master's degree highly preferred
•  5-6 Years' related experience or equivalent.
•  Demonstrate hands-on finance work
•  Must have experience with Adaptive or similar product
•  Payroll experience relating to allocations and taxes
•  Foreign exchange experience a must
•  Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports.
•  Demonstrated ability to interpret economic conditions and anticipate the impact on the team.
•  Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
•  Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
•  Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
•  Has managed different teams such as Accounting, IT, Supply Chain
•  Commitment to excellence and high standards.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
•  Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective creative solutions.
•  Ability to work with all levels of management.
•  Able to present financial data in front of stakeholders and the organization
•  Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
•  Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
•  Works well under pressure.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
•  Continually sit for long periods of time and work at a computer workstation working with multiple
•  Occasional work outside of regular work schedule to meet demands of the
•  Frequently works on hybrid work arrangement, in office and remote.
•  Occasionally conducts a walk-through of the production warehouses.
•  Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds.
•  Occasional exposure to varying warehouse temperatures
•  Comply with GMP/Food Safety rules, requirements, policies, procedures, PPE, guidelines that apply to Harv 81 USA.

Salary Range

$180,000-$192,000 annually
