Core Position Components
•  Manage Ramey Wine Cellars’ distribution partner relationships, creating sales plans for wholesale SKUs, monitoring progress and ensuring sales plans are working throughout the year in each state.
•  Manage on/off premise ratios and accounts to ensure the winery is represented is well represented. Maintain existing relationships and develop new quality points of distribution.
•  Maintain direct relationships with important accounts.
•  Review distributor payments for accuracy and ensure timeliness.
•  Make recommendations about which marketing materials are needed to support sales.
•  Deliver regular reporting on distributor review meetings, travel, and progress on annual goals to ownership.
•  Seek out new sales strategies.
•  Review depletions regularly and report to management on depletions once annually.
•  Be an advocate for the winery and the winery’s mission.
•  Travel is an extensive part of this job, including possible work in international markets, depending on background.

Physical Requirements
•  Must be able and willing to travel up to and in some cases over two weeks per month, as market work demands.
•  Must be able to lift 55 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk extensively as needed.

Job Details
•  Applicant will need a home office and needs to live on the eastern half of the United States
•  A valid Driver’s License is required
•  Precise territory under management will be determined on a case-by-case basis with the applicant
•  Salary range: $120,000-$170,000
