Willamette Crossflow provides premium mobile wine filtration services to wineries across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. We work on-site with winemakers using custom-built crossflow filtration systems and rigorous SOPs that exceed industry standards.
We’ve been operating since 2008 and bring over 50 years of combined wine industry experience. Our reputation is built on wine quality, technical precision, and long-term relationships within the Oregon wine industry.
JOB SUMMARY
This is a hands-on, technical, and physically demanding position supporting wineries during critical production windows. You’ll operate and maintain mobile crossflow filtration equipment, often working independently in active cellar environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform on-site mobile wine filtration services
• Set up, operate, monitor, and break down filtration equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot filtration systems
• Follow SOPs and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records
• Communicate professionally with winery staff
REQUIREMENTS
• Prior wine production or filtration experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a truck and towing a trailer
• Able to perform physical labor in cellar environments
SCHEDULE & PAY
• $20-22.00/hour DOE
• Average 25–30 hours/week (seasonal)
• Heavier workloads in spring and July–September
• Bi-annual bonuses for current employees
