The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for operating an efficient, productive, and safe distribution center. The Warehouse Manager will need to work closely with departments, such as, Transportation, Sales, Brand Management, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and other various departments in the Company to ensure the overall success of the operation. The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for financials related to operating the facility, to include budget, and operating expenses.

The starting salary for this position is between $105,000.00 - $112,000.00. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 6%. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, employee purchase program (where licensed) and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

Essential Functions:

•  Provide strong leadership and management in all processes related to the receipt and distribution of the Company's product.
•  Develops site specific facility processes and metrics to enhance the current operating
•  Schedule and receive all inbound product timely and accurately, following company SOP's.
•  Ensures accurate placement of all inbound product to proper pick and/or stock locations throughout the warehouse.
•  Conduct regular cycle counts per company SOP to ensure accuracy of on-hand
•  Ensure product and warehouse layout is updated to support capacity requirements and maximize warehouse thru-put.
•  Conduct monthly safety meetings to ensure a safe work environment for all
•  Schedule all warehouse employee work hours, and process
•  Develop annual operating budget, process all accounts payable invoices, and manage all operating expenses. Review financial reports to ensure accuracy of facility expenses.
•  Maintains a safe work environment and provides forklift training and safety meetings, as needed as per all Company, State, and Federal regulations.
•  Properly maintain all material handling equipment.
•  Ensures compliance to all federal and state regulations, in addition to Company policies and procedures, and all SOP's are adhered to on a daily, monthly, yearly basis as needed.
•  Complete all administrative tasks as needed, timely and
•  Work closely with HRBP and manager on all employee performance related
•  All other tasks as assigned by manager or Operations leadership
•  Completes employee reviews timely as assigned by the Company.

Other Functions:

•  Operate material handling equipment including but not limited to Sit-Down forklifts, Stand-up forklifts, Stock-pickers, and electric pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, forklifts, etc. as needed.

Working Conditions:

Normal office and warehouse environment. May be subjected to loud noise, temperature and weather extremes, occasional overtime and travel may be required as per the business needs.

Physical Requirements:

Lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, sitting, driving, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity.

Minimum Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field or High School diploma with a minimum of five (5) years in Distribution Operations.
•  Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising/managing a warehouse team;
•  Demonstrated computer skills in both Microsoft Excel;
•  Demonstrated use of Warehouse Management and RF;
•  Demonstrated excellent communication skills and effective written and oral communication;
•  Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment including but not limited to Sit-Down forklifts, Stand-up forklifts, Stock-pickers, and electric pallet jacks is preferred.
•  Certified MHE trainer preferred;
•  Demonstrated ability to multi-task, has strong attention to detail, and proven ability to prioritize effective and efficiently.
