Who are we looking for?
• A successful candidate would be responsible for:
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts through regular phone and email communication.
• Proactively manage a sales pipeline to drive month-over-month and year-over-year growth.
• Educate buyers on portfolio offerings, promotions, and new product launches to maximize sales potential.
• Achieve and exceed monthly activity metrics for calls and customer touches, maintaining accurate records in CRM.
• Collaborate with field sales, supply chain, operations and finance to ensure seamless customer support and order execution.
• Participate in bi-weekly in-office product trainings with suppliers, importers, and industry leaders.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in every interaction, representing Winebow's standards of excellence.
What does a successful candidate look like in this role?
• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma and 3 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong preference for experience in the wine/spirits industry.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented; thrives in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
• Passion for learning the wine and spirits industry through hands-on training and mentorship.
• Pass required pre-employment drug and background screenings
• Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States and be able to successfully complete required I-9 form.
