Position Summary
Seeking a Sales Support & Accounting professional to join our finance and operations team. This role provides critical support to the Controller and contributes directly to the company’s accounting accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer service standards.
The successful candidate will be a mid-career professional with demonstrated proficiency in accounting processes, sales order management, and customer relationship coordination. This position requires attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Review, audit, and process incoming purchase orders for assigned territories
• Enter sales orders, coordinate shipping schedules with the warehouse, and issue final invoices upon shipment confirmation
• Process daily invoicing and credit memos
• Maintain organized accounting files for assigned markets
• Reconcile internal and customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Apply sound understanding of debits, credits, and internal auditing principles
• Manage daily collections and monitor outstanding balances
• Participate in monthly account review meetings with sales representatives

Qualifications
• QuickBooks: Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Microsoft Excel: Intermediate proficiency (assessment required)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively across departments

Education & Experience
• Associate’s degree in accounting or business administration, or
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or operations support

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 (commensurate with experience)
