Role Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Consultant with strong, existing relationships across on-premise chains and restaurant groups in California, especially fast casual 41/42 beer & wine license holders. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role ideal for someone who already works in beverage sales and wants to leverage their network to sell a new category with very little competition.
You will introduce Ola Sol to operations and procurement leads open new high ROI beverages, support programming and promotions, and act as a category educator for agave wine. Flexible hours. High commission potential.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage deep existing relationships with CA-based on-premise chains and restaurant groups to secure new placements.
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, sampling, pitching, onboarding, and launch execution.
Conduct meetings and presentations with buyers, beverage directors, and procurement teams.
Coordinate with Ola Sol’s distributor partners on pricing, programming, and inventory needs.
Support in-store or on-premise activations, training, and staff education.
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics using simple CRM tools.
Provide market feedback on trends, competitive activity, and account opportunities.
Ensure high-quality brand representation at all times.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of on premise chain alcohol sales experience in California.
Must have substantial existing relationships with on-premise chain accounts (restaurant groups, bar groups, multi-unit operators).
Strong network with decision makers such as beverage directors, chain buyers, and corporate-level partners.
Proven track record of opening and growing on-premise accounts.
Ability to communicate the value of the low-ABV and agave wine category.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Existing book of business and current supplier/distributor collaboration experience required.
