Brasswood Estate, a small-production, premium winery, with a restaurant, bakery and boutique, is looking for a Brand Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for developing marketing materials to increase Brasswood's reach by driving new business, yet enhancing customer retention, e-commerce, and customer engagement, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Types of projects include, but are not limited to, email campaigns, printed collateral, package design, labels, digital ads, social media content. Creativity, strong sense of design, attention to detail, and project management skills are key for ensuring success in this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work with department heads to develop emails, texts, and printed materials to support key initiatives, such as selling wine, wine club communications, driving events and boutique sales.
- Brainstorm, design, and execute marketing campaigns with multiple touchpoints including email, display ads, social, and website presence.
- Create marketing content calendar to develop and implement an consistent social media and email/text marketing platform using to seasonality, trends, behavioral targeting and customer lifecycle.
- Develop product packaging, brand collateral, tasting room materials, and merchandise consistent with Brasswood style.
- Utilize analytics and customer profiles to inform segmentation and build a targeted cadence of messaging.
- Produce monthly reports to inform marketing strategies, campaign effectiveness, planning, process improvement.
- Conduct photoshoots for creative assets.
- Other duties as required by management.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years general marketing experience, social media and e-commerce a must.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Design Suite, Lightroom, RedChirp, and email platforms like Mail Chimp.
- Familiar with website design.
- Photography, retouching, compositing experience a plus.
- Video shooting and editing a plus.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Experience in developing sales and marketing driven copy and imagery.
- Team player who is flexible and has the ability to wear multiple “hats” when necessary and handle a number of projects simultaneously.
- Must work well in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and comfortable receiving feedback.
- Knowledge of food and wine marketing a plus.
- Available to work weekends, some evenings and holidays as needed.
- Maintain appropriate professional dress and personal hygiene standards.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, and walk for long periods. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift wine cases up to 50 pounds.
