As a Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring safety, quality, production efficiency, and employee development while championing collaboration across departments and supporting both internal and external customers.

In this role, you'll directly supervise a diverse team, guiding them to achieve personal and professional goals while ensuring smooth daily operations. What You'll Need

•  High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of production, operations, or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
•  Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of production, operations, or logistics management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
•  Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Required to work rotating day and graveyard shift schedule.
•  Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
•  Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

•  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration plus 4 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibilities.
•  Supervisory experience including leading high performance work teams and providing motivation to achieve plan goals.
•  Glass production knowledge.
