About the Role

The goal of the Regional Technology Manager is to ensure smooth delivery of operational technologies for office, wine production, and direct-to-consumer technologies in line with TWE's Digital, Data, & Technology's global strategy. This role will work closely with the global business, project, and operational teams supporting multiple sites across the Napa and Paso Robles regions.

Key Responsibilities
* Operational IT Leadership: Oversee day-to-day IT operations across regional sites, ensuring consistent delivery of support services and infrastructure availability.
* Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on support and mentorship to field IT staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in troubleshooting, maintenance, and service delivery.
* Infrastructure Management: Support the maintenance and optimisation of local network infrastructure, servers, and end-user devices. Coordinate upgrades and replacements as needed.
* Disaster Recovery & Security: Develop and maintain site-specific disaster recovery plans. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and procedures.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Director, IT Delivery and Business Engagement on business issues and opportunities, production issues, and global IT.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of systems, configurations, and procedures to support continuity and compliance.
* Project Support: Lead or support regional IT projects, including technology rollouts, upgrades, and relocations

About you
* Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco). Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or VMware certifications are advantageous
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT support, delivery, and operational management, with a proven track record managing regional or multi-site IT environments and teams
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams and projects.
* Problem-Solving & Design: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in recommending solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing systems to support local requirements.
* Technical Expertise:
+ Strong expertise in system administration, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), virtualization (e.g., VMware), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure), and data centre operations.
+ Knowledge of cybersecurity measures to maintain secure IT environments
* Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in managing deployments of multi-site technology projects.
* Security: Knowledge of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures
* AI: Knowledge and understanding of latest trends and opportunities for AI

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $150,000 to $162,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data.
