Vineyard Manager
Bjornson is a vineyard and winery located in the Eola-Amity Hills of Oregon's Willlamette Valley. Our 2nd vineyard, Pamar is located in the Van Duzer Corridor AVA. We are certified sustainable and consistently produce great quality Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, and many other varieties on 60 acres of vineyard. We have plans to plant another 20 acres over the next several years.

Job Description:
Self-driven and skilled individual to oversee our vineyard operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of viticulture, goood leadership skills, and a commitment to producing high quality grapes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all vineyard operations, including planting, pruning, harvesting, and pest management.
- Management of spray program
- Maintenance of equipment
- Manage vineyard employees and contract labor
- Planting of new blocks including soil prep, layout, trellis, and irrigation
- Direct general farm maintenance and upkeep
- Perform crop estimation
- Maintain and update vineyard maps and records
- Manage sustainable certification with LIVE

Qualifications:
- Strong viticultural knowledge
- 2 to 8 years applicable experience
- Time management and planning skills
- Employee management ability
- Strong equipment operation skills
- Chemical application experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Chemical Applicator's License
- Spanish language skills
