Davis Estates is a family-owned winery in Calistoga producing premium, site-driven wines with a focus on precision and quality. We’re looking for a full-time Cellar Hand to join our small production team and contribute to all aspects of winemaking.

Responsibilities:
•  Grape receiving and sorting during harvest
•  Punchdowns, pumpovers, and fermentation support
•  Operation and basic maintenance of winery equipment
•  Racking, blending, and other general barrel work
•  Bottling support
•  General cellar cleaning and organization

Required Qualifications:
•  Previous cellar experience
•  Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physically demanding work
•  Strong attention to detail and organization
•  Able to work independently and within a small team
•  Flexibility for extended hours/weekends during harvest
