Founded in 2007 by visionary entrepreneurs Georges and Daniel Daou, DAOU Mountain has emerged as one of the most iconic destinations in Paso Robles and a defining leader in American luxury wine. About the role
The Hospitality Support is responsible for communicating the uniqueness of DAOU through a consistent and impactful brand message, while exhibiting excellence in customer service, in order to create a world-class experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
* Keep floors free and clear of broken glass, water, and other debris during service.
* Stock wine consistently during service and communicate with management supply levels
* Wash, dry, and buff all glasses, plates, flatware and any other utensil used during service.
* Transport supplies from storage as needed throughout service.
* Required to participate in the setup, support, and breakdown of events.
* Provide guests with world-class customer service at all times.
* Describe tasting room options with accuracy and enthusiasm.
* Deliver food to guests.
* Facilitate bottle and merchandise sales for guests
* Follow opening checklist, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and the Tasting Room is fully cleaned, stocked, and ready for guests by opening time.
* Initiate closing tasks and follow closing checklist
About you
* Prior experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service preferred
* Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
* A team player
* Comfortable describing products and engaging with guests
* Experience with POS systems or willingness to learn
* Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance
* Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and organization
* Commitment to providing a world-class guest experience
* Willingness to learn, take directions and assist as needed
* Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
* Must be able to lift 50lbs. (a case of wine).

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay offered for this position is $16.50 to $17.00 per hour and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Paso Robles, CA location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
