The Napa Valley Grapegrowers (NVG) is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to be the hub of our operations, keeping our office running smoothly, our records accurate, and our mission moving forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Keep the office environment organized, stocked, and running efficiently
- Support membership systems and oversee the annual dues process
- Assist with donor tracking and recordkeeping
- Be the friendly, resourceful first point of contact for members, visitors, and partners
- Provide scheduling and administrative support to our leadership team
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in office administration or coordination
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- CRM or database experience (bonus points if you enjoy catching duplicate records and merging them)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- A collaborative, can-do attitude
Compensation & Details:
- Salary: $60,000–$68,000 (based on experience), plus up to 5% annual bonus
- Full-time, non-exempt, primarily on-site in the City of Napa
