Position Overview:
The Donum Estate is currently seeking a experienced vineyard workers to join our team. This is regular full time position- all year.
Start Date January 2026.

The Vineyard Worker is responsible for daily vineyard operations, which vary through the growing season. The Vineyard Worker must be able to travel between all five estate vineyards, though the work will mainly be focused on the estate, Ferguson, Ten Oaks, Savoy, and Churchview Vineyards. Focus on quality and sustainability practices.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform satisfactorily each duty described above. Requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. •  Perform day-to-day vineyard tasks, including pruning, tying, canopy management, thinning, pest management, and harvest operations.
•  Perform any seasonal vineyard maintenance cares: fertilizer, weed control, erosion management and other duties pertaining to vineyard and vine care.
•  Assist as needed with Vineyard operations and assist Landscaping Crew when needed.
•  Maintain vineyard equipment.

Salary Range:
•  $24 per hour, plus overtime
