A Taste of What You'll Do

We're hiring a Warehouse Team Leader to guide a hands-on team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll lead day-to-day operations, coach and develop teammates with varying experience levels, support hiring and performance conversations, and partner across functions to keep work flowing smoothly. Your role includes workforce planning, timecard oversight, and providing real-time status updates to leadership while helping the site respond to crises when they arise.

You'll champion safety and compliance, teaching safe work practices, enforcing GMP and process controls, and participating in incident investigations and root cause analysis. A strong understanding of regulatory and permit requirements, PSM/RMP awareness, and proactive hazard recognition are key. You'll bring technical curiosity-learning equipment and processes, practicing LEAN, enforcing standard work and JSAs, and helping implement change effectively through NOC/MOC practices.

You'll also support budget execution by monitoring labor and material usage, performing weekly reconciliations and trend analysis, and recommending countermeasures to meet production forecasts. We're looking for someone who shows ownership and intrapreneurship-taking initiative, shaping solutions, and holding themselves and others accountable.

What You'll Need

•  Bachelor's degree; OR, High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR, High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of supervisory/managerial experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR, High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of military operations experience to include leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Required to work any assigned shift, as scheduled.
•  Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
•  Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

•  Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
•  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management plus 2 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Bilingual in English and Spanish.
•  Technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience.
•  Experience leading high performance work teams and providing motivation to achieve plan goals.
•  Supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
•  Experience using a production work management system.
•  Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing practices.
•  Consumer Package Goods experience.
•  Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
•  Experience interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
•  Experience with MS Office Suite.
•  Skilled at handling confidential or sensitive information.
•  Experience working with all levels and functions within the Company.
•  Demonstrated ability to adapt and overcome obstacles; stress tolerance.

Shift: Swing - Monday - Friday, 3:30p - Midnight
