The Bilingual Human Resources Manager manages all functions within the Human Resources department, encompassing:

•  Staffing & Recruitment

•  Safety and Compliance

Requirements:
•  5+ years of experience in HR management or a combination of education and experience
•  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and /or minimum
•  Bilingual, verbal and written, (Spanish), required
•  Experience in the Agricultural Industry
•  PHR or SPHR Certificate, desirable
•  Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws
•  Current California Driver’s License and clean driving record
