JOB SUMMARY
The International Sales Manager will be based in Toronto, Canada and will lead the execution of TWG's International Portfolio across Canada, Mexico, and our Cruise Line channel, driving volume, revenue, and contributive margin targets. This position is responsible for strategic oversight of distributor relationships, retail and on-premises customer engagement, and market development initiatives in conjunction with the VP of International Sales. Must demonstrate a strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Trade Marketing to deliver tailored programs, pricing, and innovation for each market. Experience in Beverage/Alcohol is required and navigating the Canadian regulatory and retail landscape is highly desirable.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Lead the execution of TWG's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across Canada, Mexico, and Cruise Line channels, delivering volume, revenue, and contributive margin targets.
* Conduct annual meetings with key Canadian liquor board customers (LCBO, SAQ, BCLS) and Tier 1 Alberta accounts to strengthen strategic relationships.
* Host biannual meetings with On-Premise National Key Accounts and Regional Key Accounts to drive engagement and performance.
* Facilitate quarterly, biannual, and annual performance reviews with distributor partners to ensure alignment with TWG goals.
* Secure critical retail promotions and programs with key retail customers to support brand visibility and sales growth.
* Identify and propose new brand innovation opportunities tailored to international markets.
* Participate in quarterly market blitzes with Canadian Sales teams (Retail and On-Premise) to support field execution and CRM tracking.
* Conduct quarterly market visits outside of Canada (primarily Mexico) to manage and develop strong distributor and channel relationships.
* Partner with TWG Marketing to develop packaging assets and translations for defined Markets.
* Work with TWG Trade Marketing to adapt domestic programs for international use and create customized initiatives.
* Collaborate with TWG Operations and Legal to ensure compliance with packaging, labeling, and trademark requirements.
* Manage production planning forecasts for assigned regions to ensure supply chain readiness.
* Own the Stage Gate process for new product launches in designated regions.
* Oversee pricing strategy to ensure alignment with TWG finance thresholds and market benchmarks.
* Research/propose new brand innovation opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with VP, International Sales on new business proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality
* Management, or related field.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in international beverage alcohol sales.
* Proven track record of delivering business growth and achieving financial targets across.

* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and cultivate high-performing.

* Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 30-40% of the time.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
* Ability to travel frequently across Canada, Mexico, and international cruise line ports (up
* to 30-40% travel annually).
* Must be able to participate in field market visits, including retail and on-premise environments, which may involve standing or walking for extended periods.
* Capability to lift and transport marketing materials, product samples, or promotional assets (up to 45 lbs.).
* Comfortable working in varied environments, including trade shows, distributor offices, and retail locations.
* Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones and travel schedules.
COMPENSATION
* Hiring Salary Range Posted: $140,000 - $160,000 CAD.
* Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities; education; and other position-related factors.
