Your contributions will be essential in supporting tasks such as picking orders, moving materials, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You'll also assist in packaging operations, perform visual inspections, and engage in general light work to ensure the quality and efficiency of production. This position is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

What You'll Need
•   High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
•   Required to comply with company GMP policies.
•   Required to work overtime as needed.
•   Required to work any assigned shift.
•   Required to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
•   Required to be physically capable of executing all essential functions of the job.
•   Must be able to operate and utilize the computerized inventory system.
•   Accepts constructive feedback and alters behavior accordingly.
•   Required to pass in-house clamp lift and forklift skills tests.
•   Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
•   Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
•   High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 1 year previous forklift, clamp lift or heavy machinery operations experience.
•   Previous operations experience in an manufacturing plant.
•   Experience with safe Forklift operations; certified by Gallo.
Shift: Days - Monday - Friday, 7:30a - 4:00p
