We are looking for motivated individuals to become Warehouse Operators and contribute to our efficient, safe, and high-performing production environment. In this role, you will utilize your forklift or clamp driving expertise to handle essential tasks such as picking customer orders, loading and unloading trucks, moving raw packaging materials, and putting away finished goods. You'll also operate equipment like stretch wrappers and floor scrubbers to maintain a clean and organized workspace. What You'll Need
• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus previous forklift, clamp lift or heavy machinery operations experience.
• Required to comply with company GMP policies.
• Required to work overtime as needed.
• Required to work any shift as needed.
• Required to be at least 18 years of age.
• Required to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Required to pass in-house clamp and forklift skills tests to become a Certified Forklift and Clamp Driver
• Must be able to re-certify Clamp Driver skills attained as required.
• Required to be physically capable of executing all essential functions of the job.
• Must be able to operate and utilize the computerized inventory system.
• Accepts constructive feedback and alters behavior accordingly.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4x10s. 5:30a - 4:00p
