National Key Accounts Director – 2 Towns Ciderhouse (Remote/National)

We are seeking a National Key Accounts Director to own the strategy and leadership of our most critical national customer relationships across the beverage industry. This role will drive revenue growth, strengthen retail and distributor partnerships, and elevate brand visibility at scale.

This role owns:
-Developing and executing national key account strategies
-Managing top-tier retailer, distributor, and wholesale relationships
-Leading contract negotiation, pricing, and promotions at the national level
-Partnering with cross-functional leadership to execute launches and campaigns
-Tracking, reporting, and presenting account performance to senior leadership
-Leading and mentoring key account team

Required Qualifications
-7–10+ years in alcohol/beverage/CPG sales, with 5+ years leading national accounts
-Proven success in revenue growth, large negotiations, and strategic account development
-Deep industry knowledge and the ability to build strong executive-level relationships
-Analytical, strategic, collaborative, and regulation-savvy leadership


Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range 110 - 130K + 30% commission annually

The salary range is negotiable depending on experience. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within the range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
