We’re looking for a Project & Implementation Specialist to join our team as the integration specialist for our digital platforms. You will work on all major brands, shaping our internal integrations, and partner with product leaders to solve important customer challenges.
Qualifications:

Required Skills:

5+ years of progressive experience in Project Management within a software development environment.
3+ years directly managing projects that involved complex eCommerce integrations, with verifiable experience on any eCommerce platform (e.g., managing a custom Shopify app build, theme development, or API-heavy integrations).
Proven ability to manage both front-end (web/mobile) and back-end/data project components.
Demonstrated experience managing both native mobile development projects AND data/back-end projects.
Strong understanding of data concepts relevant to eCommerce (e.g., customer data models, order life cycles, inventory sync, analytics tagging).

Preferred:
Experience scaling high-traffic ecommerce environments.
Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycles.
Prior work integrating CRMs, ERPs, or marketing automation systems.
Agile certification or hands-on Scrum experience.

Responsibilities:
Bridging Teams: Act as the primary liaison between technical development teams (mobile, data, back-end), product owners, and business stakeholders.
Project Leadership: Manage complex technical projects across ecommerce, data, and mobile initiatives - ensuring scope, milestones, and deliverables are met.
eCommerce Integration Focus: Directly manage projects involving integrations with core eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify. This includes overseeing the development and deployment of custom Shopify apps, storefront API integrations, and checkout flow customizations.
Data Flow: Partner with data and back-end engineering teams to manage projects related to data pipeline development, warehousing, analytics implementation, and the secure, efficient flow of data between our internal systems and external services like Shopify.
Continuous Improvement: Document implementation processes, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to our scalable integration playbook.

Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 + 10% Bonus
