Job Summary: You will be a partner on a very dynamic team of passionate professionals. We are currently looking for an experienced sales representative to join our team and move into an established account run. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience in the New York Metro area market servicing high volume retail accounts as well as top on premise accounts. Candidates should have exceptional knowledge of both wine and spirits and be comfortable selling a variety of categories, styles, and price points. This role is for a candidate who is currently in a mid-level or senior sales position and is looking to move into a high growth established account run.

Key Responsibilities:
o Develops and maintains strong relationships with potential and existing accounts in the wine and spirits industry.
o Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
o Develop and implement strategies for sales in the assigned region.
o Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
o Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other specifications to clients.
o Prepares and submits orders.
o Collaborate with order department, purchasing department, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
o Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager.
o Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree
Experience: 3 years of experience in sales of wines and spirits
Skill & Knowledge:
o Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
o Attention to details and high personal standards of performance
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
