Digital Communications Coordinator:
Love marketing and want to get into wine? Last Bottle, Inc. and its sister-companies are on the search for a new Digital Communications Specialist to join the Marketing Team. This is an entry level position in the wine industry where you'll get hands-on experience working with 30+ unique brands (including Last Bottle Wines, WineBid, and Wine of the Month Club) across a variety of channels. We are a small, collaborative team looking to expand our communications strategy.
What You'll Do:
Support the execution of daily email, SMS, and push campaigns across multiple wine brands.
Build and schedule campaigns using templates within Klaviyo — including uploading assets, setting up links, and ensuring brand consistency.
Send internal tests, collect feedback, and apply edits accurately.
Partner with the Email Marketing Specialist to keep offers, creative, copy, and merchandising in-sync.
Create new email template designs as-needed.
Assist in running A/B tests and collecting results to help refine subject lines, design, and send strategy.
Help with the setup and maintenance of lifecycle and automated flows, including post-purchase, win-back, and onboarding series.
Support the integration of new Klaviyo tools and features to enhance email performance (as needed).
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Professional experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or content production — agency or brand-side (internships count!)
Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for tone, clarity, and brand alignment
Keen attention to detail — you notice the small things others might miss.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as segmentation, personalization, and automation.
You’re curious, hands-on, and all about follow-through — if you start it, you’ll make sure it crosses the finish line.
Comfortable working in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience a huge plus)
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and shifting priorities.
A collaborative, positive attitude — someone who communicates clearly and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points for experience with:
HTML for email
Visual design principles and tools (ie. Canva)
A/B testing or marketing analytics
