Jackson Family Wines is searching for an Associate Brand Manager based in Santa Rosa, CA. This position works with the Estates and Spire division within the Jackson Family Wines portfolio. In this role, you'll partner with the Director of Marketing to lead brand initiatives that drive growth and align with business goals. You'll own the business review process, develop product and channel strategies, and contribute to each wineries strategic planning process. With a strong analytical mindset, you'll evaluate performance drivers, manage brand architecture, and make strategic trade-offs within the P&L to achieve results.
You'll also test innovative marketing methods, refine our brand story and visual guidelines, and gather insights from the field to ensure our messaging resonates across consumer and customer channels.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with Director of Marketing and SVP of Marketing on long-term and annual business and marketing plan
• Research, analyze and provide brand and market data/insights as needed to Director of Marketing
• Lead and execute initiatives aligned to brand strategy including event marketing, digital marketing, trade/media/consumer tastings and direct to consumer marketing
• Project and Process Management: as determined by brand plans, partner with brand leadership to develop project timelines and traffic execution, coordinated with relevant departments, agencies and vendors
• Lead cross-functional team communication and meetings
• Manage email proofing and approval process
• Support and develop copywriting for sales tools and other B2B applications
• Prepare reports to update stakeholders on monthly business results
• Support new product launches
• Partner with Sales to develop effective trade tools to drive distribution and velocity
• Manage components of the P&L: Marketing budget, sales forecast, COGS
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in business, marketing or finance
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a brand marketing position
• Proficiency in common programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Basic understanding of various pricing strategies across multiple markets and channels
WAGE TRANSPARENCY:
The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
