Are you passionate about quality assurance and food safety? Join our team Lodi and become a vital part of driving excellence in supplier quality performance and brand protection. We are seeking a dedicated Engineer to collaborate across functions and ensure consistent alignment of quality assurance objectives. In this role, you'll investigate opportunities to enhance competitiveness, improve operational efficiency, and apply innovative solutions to drive success.

As a critical liaison between internal and external partners, you will implement policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure compliance with corporate quality standards. Your responsibilities will include performing audits, conducting root-cause analyses, and driving corrective actions to improve quality and food safety. You'll also use your analytical skills to apply statistical techniques and develop targeted sampling protocols based on risk. Through monthly reviews, scorecard creation, and stakeholder presentations, you will communicate progress and lead initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

•  Bachelor's degree Food Science, Enology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology plus 2 years of quality assurance/quality control, production, operations, winemaking, or engineering experience reflecting increasing levels or responsibility OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of quality assurance/quality control, production, operations, winemaking, or engineering experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Research and problem-solving skills
•  Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
•  Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

•  Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, plus 1 year of quality assurance systems
•  management experience reflecting increasing levels or responsibility.
•  Experience auditing food safety or quality systems.
•  Manufacturing experience.
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
