We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator - Sales to join our Western Area team, where your organizational expertise and problem-solving skills will drive success across our sales office and region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our sales operations, ensuring the team's objectives are met with precision and efficiency.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that keep our office running smoothly. You'll prepare visually engaging reports and presentations, manage multiple leaders' calendars, and coordinate travel and meetings with ease. You'll serve as the backbone of our team, supporting sales operations, onboarding new hires, and facilitating communication across departments. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion and build strong relationships with employees, leaders, and stakeholders will be key to your success.

What You'll Need
• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of administrative support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associate's degree plus 1 year of administrative support experience.
• Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Experience in event coordination.
• Effectively handles multiple projects and constantly shifting priorities
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
• High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of administrative support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree.
• Administrative support experience in a Sales office environment.
• Prior experience supporting executives.
